The Commerce Graph is a remote MCP connector. Add it, sign in once with your Commerce Graph account, and your AI assistant can call Shiprocket's live Sense intelligence — RTO risk, address quality, courier serviceability, pincodes, product category and market trends — directly in chat.

In Claude

Open Settings → Connectors (claude.ai or Claude Desktop).
Click Add custom connector.
Paste the MCP server URL above.
Click Connect, then sign in with your Commerce Graph account when prompted.
In any chat, ask a commerce question — Claude calls the tools.

In ChatGPT

Enable Settings → Connectors → Developer mode.
Add a connector / app and paste the MCP server URL.
Choose OAuth when prompted and sign in with your Commerce Graph account.
Enable it for a chat, then ask a commerce question.

Note: ChatGPT limits individual Plus/Pro accounts to read-only connectors. Every Commerce Graph tool is read-only, so all of them work.
